SCEA concessions save City $5.23 million

Since October 2008, SCEA members have voluntarily agreed to economic concessions amounting to $5.23 million, of which $2.89 million is savings from the general fund, through June 30, 2014. Proposed changes to health plan rebuffed by SCEA members
