SCEA begins formal negotiations with City

On Thursday, May 8, 2008, SCEA began formal contract negotiations with City of Stockton officials. SCEA is negotiating a successor agreement to the Memorandum of Understanding that expires December 31, 2008. The next formal negotiations meeting is scheduled for May 21.
