Proposed changes to health plan rebuffed by SCEA members

SCEA members reject City concessions proposal

This evening, the secret ballots were publicly counted in SCEA's election for the City concessions proposal. There were 277 ballots cast in the election, representing 61% of SCEA's total membership (452). SCEA members support modifications to layoff procedures

This morning, the secret ballots were counted in SCEA’s advisory vote concerning modifications to the layoff procedure. There were 189 ballots cast in the advisory vote, representing 42% of SCEA’s total membership (448).
